Here's another layout using up some of my recent Dear Lizzy purchases and trying to show that even though they are particularly girly and summery, they work for boy layouts and also pages about winter rather than summer.
On the one day this year that we had a large snowfall, we went out for a walk and had a little photoshoot. Oliver looks fairly content in this picture but the real story behind the photo was very different to his appearance. So I wanted to document how Oliver really didn't enjoy the snow and the cold that day.
Technique wise, I had a play with a Studio Calico interlocking circles mask. I sprayed through it with white Mr Huey mist and then also stamped with it whilst it was covered in the white ink. I also have a matching stamp which I used to add some more detail to these areas. A few splats of some different coloured mists also added to the background effect. I certainly had fun playing with inks on this page!
Thanks for stopping by :)

great use of inks - could get me tempted to try :)
fab page! Love the idea of tamping with the wet mask - genius! Will have to have a go at that xx
